We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our loyal clients for your kindness, compassion and understanding over the past few years. We truly appreciate the trust you placed in our team in caring for your furry friend, even when you could not accompany them into the clinic. As the lobby of the practice is quite small, we still ask that you call when you arrive so we know you are in the parking lot and when an exam room is free, one of our staff will call you in. At the end of your appointment, we will either review medications and process your transaction in the exam room or back out in the parking lot if required. Our exam rooms are also quite small, and we will be allowing one client per family into the clinic for exams. At this time, we will still be doing curbside pick ups for food and medication to reduce congestion in the lobby. Please call when you arrive and we will happily meet you at the payment window. As your health and safety is of the utmost importance to us, we will continue to wear masks in the clinic to help reduce the spread of the COVID virus. We also require that our clients wear a mask as well to help protect themselves and our staff.
