We are open and operating with the following precautions and protocols.

>Please call or e-mail to book appointments. Order food and medication ahead of time and please allow 24-48 hours for it to arrive and for us to get it ready to pick up. >Preferred method of payment is by credit card over the phone or e-transfer but mobile debit is available when required.
>Please wear a mask at all times when bringing pets to meet staff for appointments or picking up food/medication.
>You will notice we have a shelter at our front door to make these interactions safer, easier and to keep us out of the cold! Please use the window for payments/pick ups and remember to call before getting out of your car to let us know you have arrived.
