Corona Virus Update

Update to our services:

We are still operating by curbside service.
 
What this means for our clients:
 
1. All food, medication and supplies are picked up at the front door. Please call or e-mail ahead to order and then call again when you have arrived to pick it up.

2. Over the phone payment by credit card or e-transfer are the preferred methods of payment to help limit contact and comply with social distancing. If you choose to e-transfer we do have a different e-mail address for that. We do have a portable debit machine to use when necessary.
 
What this means for appointments and your pet:
 
1. When you bring your pet for an appointment please also bring your cell phone. Call us when you have arrived and parked to let us know that you are here. We will then direct you on when to bring your pet to the front door. All cats should come in carriers and all dogs should come on leashes. Small dogs can also come in carriers as well.
 
2. You will hand off your furry family member to one of our team members who will stay with your pet for the duration of their appointment. Too many treats will most likely be given and extra belly rubs are a must!
 
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE PARKING LOT UNLESS YOU ARE DIRECTED TO DO SO
 
3. The doctor will call you either before your appointment or during to discuss how your pet is doing at home and any concerns you may have. They will discuss options/vaccines and/or give estimates on recommendations.
 
4. The doctor will then call at the end of the appointment to finalize instructions. A staff member will then bring your pet outside to you at the door. We are working hard to accommodate our clients and give the best possible care to our patients. We appreciate your patience and understanding as this is new and strange for all of us.
