Our fees are set based on the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association (OVMA) Fee Guidelines. The OVMA establishes guidelines annually for fees for veterinary services based on overhead costs, time, labour and expertise used in the delivery of each service. Veterinarians are not obligated to follow the fee guide and can charge more or less than the suggested amount. We generally adopt the suggested fee in the OVMA guidelines for each veterinary service we provide. Differences in veterinary fees among clinics in Ontario may reflect differences in overhead costs, staffing, clinic equipment, staff training, veterinarian continuing education and level of service (i.e. higher volume practices versus lower volume clinics). We provide estimates for all services to be rendered during your visit with us.
Payment is due when services are rendered. We accept cash, debit and all major credit cards. If necessary, we can help arrange third party financing for those clients that qualify in the event of an emergency or anticipated costly procedure.
